Coming from the French university (IAE Grenoble - France) as a researcher, Souhail began his professional career in insurance in 2013 as a general insurance agent with the Multi-Risk Insurance Company Ittihad. A graduate of the African Insurance Institute of Tunis in 2016, he obtained his professional broker card in February 2017. Souhail created PEREIRE COURTAGE ASSURANCES ET REASSURANCES S.A. in July 2017. Strongly sharing their values, he joined OLEA during 2019 following OLEA's part ownership of PEREIRE COURTAGE ASSURANCES ET REASSURANCES S.A. whose corporate name became Olea TUNISIA in October 2019.
