Mr. Jefferson Kwasi Sintao has been the foundation Country Manager of Vanguard Insurance Brokers now Olea SL Limited from January 2017. He is an experience insurance practitioner with over 10 years of working experience in the insurance industry. Before moving to Sierra Leone, he managed the setting up of the Broker Department at Imperial General Assurance Co. Ltd. and later went to Vanguard Assurance Company Ltd as the Head of Broker Department in Ghana. He is a distinguished Insurance Underwriter, Claims Handler and stays very close to his clients. Jefferson holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Ghana Legon, He is a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute UK. He holds a Certificate of Sales and Negotiation Skills from the Charted Institute of Marketing Ghana, MBA Risk Management from University of Cumbria -UK and MBA Marketing from University of Sierra Leone (IPAM).
